Company Head Shavings | NEdocs Charity

By NE Docs | August 11, 2015

New England Document Systems’ (NEdocs) employees are feeling the breeze, as 7 of its staff members were recently shaved for charity.

As part of a Charitable Giving Program, an ongoing corporate philanthropy, the NEdocs team was able to raise $844 for their annual Adopt-a-Family program. This was done by making a deal with the employees…that once their goal was met, it would result in a shaving.

Not long after reaching their $700 benchmark, its employees were destined for the barber chair.

On August 6th, Erica Demers and Tia White came to visit from The Hair Game Salon with buzzers in hand…ready to emancipate hairs from scalps. Those on the list included Bob Camire (Production Manager) and Sue Castle, a long-time NEdocs employee.

2015 has turned out to be a great year for fundraising. So far, this document scanning company has raised over $1500 through various internal efforts…all with the hopes of helping others.
