No matter what industry you are in, suppliers and vendors play a pivotal role in the success of your organization. Rating and evaluating critical suppliers/vendors is important in maintaining relationships and ensuring that your investment in a product/service is beneficial to your bottom line.
Below, you will find our critical supplier score card for Q1-Q4 2014. These scores are based on our ability to consistently produce acceptable component(s) or services on time to documented specifications.
Scores are calculated on several criteria, including:
NCR Count: 30 points will be awarded based on performance in this area. The following matrix shall be used to assign points: 0-100% of lots contains a reject then score is 0-30, proportionally.
Supplier Corrective Action Request (SCAR) Count: 30 points will be awarded based on performance in this area. The following matrix shall be used to assign points: 5 pts deducted for each SCAR during a period.
On Time Deliveries: 40 points will be awarded based on performance in this area. Deliveries received up to and including on the due date shall be considered on time. There is no penalty for early delivery at this time. 0-100% of lots received on time then score is 0-40, proportionally.
